Details: The application is for a 6-storey mid-rise apartment building with 20 units, with a rear surface parking lot for 5 parking spots (4 for residents and 1 for visitors) as well as 22 interior bicycle parking spaces. Vehicle access is proposed from Merivale via a new access. Amenity area would be supplied by private balconies on the front and rear facades, a first floor common area and outdoor amenity area along the rear property line.
