The City of Ottawa commissioned a study of Carlington North veterans’ housing to determine its heritage status. After consulting with residents and other stakeholders, and after historical research, community engagement and analysis of the current streetscape and neighbourhood context, the report has been presented to the City, with five recommendations to be approved by the Built Heritage Sub-Committee and City Council.
