A notice has just gone out for a site-plan application for 917 Merivale Road, which is the location of the former Carlington Coffee House.

The application is for a 6-storey apartment building with 20 units, space in the back for 5 parking spots (4 for residents and 1 for visitors) as well as 22 interior bicycle parking spaces.

Comments must be received by Thursday, September 12, 2024, to be considered.
