The City has received a zoning by-law amendment request to increase the maximum permitted height from 9 storeys to 40 storeys.
The current plan is for 6 buildings:

- Seniors’ residence, 9 storeys
- Conodo, 12 storeys
- Rental, 35 storeys
- Rental, 35 storeys
