The Carlington Community Association is holding a free BBQ event in Raven Park (see Map).
There will also be a City of Ottawa Wading Pool Party that day, featuring arts and crafts, games, and prizes for the kids.
And it wouldn’t be a real summer event without those beavertails and cotton candy in the afternoon!
In the evening, from 7:00 to 8:30 p.m., Ottawa’s own Company of Fools will be giving us “Shakespeare in the Park”. This year’s play is “The Tempest”. Attendance at the play is pay-what-you-can.
